At MAC Knife, we stand behind the quality of our Japanese cutlery and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused knife in its original gift box and protective sleeve, ensuring the blade is safely covered to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master sharpeners inspect the returned item to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
